Order Request Form

You will not pay for your order in this step. Here is the process in ordering with us:

1. Fill out this form in full and make sure your design file is attached.

2. Once we receive your request, we will take a look and make sure the file is print ready or not. If we approve the design, we will send a payment request. to your email.

3. After payment is made, your order will be shipped the next business day.

 Design Requirements:

– Print Resolution: 300 DPI
– File Types: PNG, SVG, EPS
– Sizing: Must fit in an 11 x 14 (inches) area. If ordering for sizes 3XL and larger, it can be as large as 12.5 x 17.

IMPORTANT – Please make sure there is no background on the design and that the quality is good. If it needs work and it is labor intensive (we will make small edits), we will direct you to someone to help you but you will most likely have to pay them for that service.
